During 9-10 November 2010, COERR has organized a staff training on leadership skill for COERR supervisors and field managers of all field offices, numbering 19 persons, at the meeting room of the Catholic Bishops Conference of Thailand (CBCT) building, 10th floor. This time Mr. Charnwit Sinhaseni from Din. P Co., Ltd, is invited to conduct the training. The staff training on leadership skill is aimed at providing COERR supervisors and field managers with knowledge about result-based management, task and people management, leadership assessment and leadership awareness development which will lead to leader competency. |
